- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Oh dear - by the time your appointment comes around (at least a two week wait if you have a job) and providing that you haven't died in the interluding period, these are generally a useless lot. Their ineptitude ranges from an inability to follow simple instructions (e.g. sending a prescription to a pharmacy an hour away from where you ask it to be sent) to not prescribing medicine that would make a patient better (who knows why, maybe profit over patient quality of life)by Matthew DavisMay 01, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been waiting 1h 30 min for my appointment whilst doctor has been seeing people that came in long after myself. When asked for explanation they said she had some emergencies to see before me though none of them looked like one and they couldn't be bothered to inform me there was gonna be a massive delay, did not appologise neither I ended up being late for my daughter's school pick up Don't know whether i got put as the last one on the list coz I'm not British but looks like it as all other people were...by katarzyna pielorzMarch 27, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worse GP in England! Absolutely a joke. No professional, no heart... I tried with my daughter and was so badly treated, then my husband went to get 2 referrals for our insurance as he has a broke foot and a hiatos hernia and was told he can have only one referral today but for the other (broke foot) he needs to book another appointment and come back as they can only answer one question at the time. The doctor wouldn't even talk to him about any other question, absolutely no acceptable we are not using their budget or anything as we are using our Bupa!!! Ahhh on the top of all they can only give him the referral next week!! Print one page takes a week!! Not sure if I laugh or cry! That's why you can't book any appointment cos they waste time like this, just unbelievable!!! It should be closed down or get competent managers!by Lisa SmithFebruary 23, 2017
